Stiftung St. Jakob

Stiftung St. Jakob is an economically oriented social enterprise that focuses on integrating people with disabilities into the workforce and society. They offer employment and training opportunities in a social environment. We are proud to support their valuable work in Zurich by offering their rye bread. The dough we receive is freshly baked twice a day.

The Baking Chefs

We source our Buttery Brioche and Juicy Burger Buns from Jonny & Xaver Krause, who are trained chefs with a creative and individual approach to bread baking. Their unconventional perspective, resulting from their entry into the baking industry, is helpful in developing new and seasonal baked goods.
