Madafair

For 25 years, Madafair has been offering spices and teas of the highest quality. The range includes mono spices as well as individual spice blends such as the Kansas City Rub. Since 2016, the company has also offered a certified organic additional range, which includes a wide selection of 40 pepper varieties, including rare ones. The spices from Madagascar come exclusively from small producers with whom Madafair maintains a partnership relationship and offers farmers direct access to the market without intermediaries. Particularly noteworthy is the NGO project “d’Analalava”, which has resumed its work after several devastating cyclones and helps to provide spices through in-house production. The packaging is done in reusable containers to minimize waste.

Schweizer Salinen

We swear by Fleur de Alpes as a high-quality alternative to “Maldon” Fleur de Sel. This salt is obtained with mountain water and further processed by hand in a special process. Its uneven shape means that the salt crystals melt at different speeds on the tongue, making it the perfect finish for our steaks. We salt our meat only after cooking with a pinch of Fleur de Alpes. Since the beginning, we have sourced our standard and regenerating salt from the Swiss Salinen. From the beginning, all of our salts come from the Swiss saltworks.
